Matcha Chia Pudding

This is a wonderful healthy breakfast dish.  Just throw everything together the night before and leave in the fridge ready for the morning.

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1-2)

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1-2 teaspoons Culinary Matcha


  1. Simply mix the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup and Matcha together and leave in the fridge to set overnight.
  2. Serve with fresh berries or any other fruit.
