This is a wonderful healthy breakfast dish. Just throw everything together the night before and leave in the fridge ready for the morning.
INGREDIENTS (Serves 1-2)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1-2 teaspoons Culinary Matcha
- Simply mix the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup and Matcha together and leave in the fridge to set overnight.
- Serve with fresh berries or any other fruit.
