Matcha Green Tea Latte

A rejuvenating energy boost and alternative to coffee that will perk you up in the morning or anytime of day.


INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

1 teaspoon Culinary Grade Matcha
1 cup of milk (cows, almond, coconut etc)
half a teaspoon of maple syrup or a sweetener of your choice (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Simply whisk the Matcha together with the milk. It works best if you have a hand held whisk to get rid of any lumps.  Or if you have a milk steamer.
