How to Prepare Matcha Tea
Sift half a teaspoon of Ceremonial Grade Matcha into a bowl.
Pour 75ml of hot water into the bowl. The water temperature should be about 80C and not boiling.
Using a bamboo whisk or electric hand frother, whisk the Matcha vigorously until it has a rich foam on top.
Drink immediately and enjoy your Matcha tea straight from the bowl.
